Join the Tempe Winds for a rehearsal visit!

We invite any high school or middle school band student to sit in a rehearsal with the Tempe Winds! You’ll sit in the section of your instrument where you’ll be able to see the musicians’ music as they play and hear their parts just as you do in your band.

All rehearsals take place at Tempe High School (click for map). Please arrive at lease 5 minutes before rehearsal begins.

FAQ:

Should I bring my instrument? Nope, you won’t need it!

Can I bring a friend? One student per section. Registration required. Please share this with your friends!

Do I have to stay the whole time?  To avoid distraction, you can stay from 7-8pm or 7-9pm (leaving at the break or end of rehearsal).

What should I wear?  Whatever you wore to school that day.

Can I come more than once?  Yes!
